CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
We encounter conflicts every day and in many different forms. The instrument of “mediation” is well known, but it is not the appropriate approach in every case. From the wide range of methods available, the following are used in particular for conflict resolution in companies and administration:
- Analysis of conflicts and development of solution strategies in day-to-day management
- Strengthening the leadership personality as an instrument in conflict resolution
- Teaching mediative leadership
- Helping people to help themselves in conflicts
- Active mediation in conflicts
- Solution-oriented counselling of the conflict parties
- Clarification assistance in individual conversation
Personal experience and my many years of involvement in a wide variety of committees have shown me how much positive potential there is in conflict situations.
It is therefore worthwhile in many cases to address conflict resolution with individual staff members, in teams and in larger organisational units.
I would be happy to provide you with appropriate inputs for conflict resolution, or to accompany you on your way there.
